Shipping policy

We generally only ship to the countries listed below. Shipping is carried out via DHL. The respective shipping costs can be found in the table below.

 

• If you order several items in a single order that have different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time of the item with the longest delivery time applies to the entire shipment.
• The delivery period starts on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank in the case of advance payment, or the day after the conclusion of the contract for other payment methods. The period ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized at the delivery location, the next working day will apply.
• The stated delivery times are indicative and are not guaranteed by the shipping provider.

If you would like to request shipping to a different country, please contact us (s.os@oldskulleurope.com) and provide the desired items with quantities, the shipping address including the country and postal code. We will promptly inform you whether we can ship to the requested country and, if applicable, provide the shipping costs, as we will need to check the feasibility and costs with our shipping partner in advance.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases, which we are not responsible for and which you must bear. These may include transfer fees charged by banks (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties and taxes (e.g., customs duties).
