If you'd like to return something, that's no problem. Please simply follow the instructions on our returns page here.

As a small manufacturer, we unfortunately cannot provide you with a free return label for returns. However, you may be able to purchase one directly from us at a discounted rate through our returns portal. Simply follow the steps in the returns portal, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

Sometimes our emails end up in your spam filter, or you make a small typo in your email address. In this case, you won't receive a confirmation email or any other communication from us. Generally, you can get all our products in sizes S, M, L, XL, XXL and 3XL.

If your desired size is no longer available, simply enter your email address in the field below your shopping cart (we'll notify you when the item is back in stock). Please click the confirmation link in your email inbox. You'll receive a short message from us as soon as your item is back in stock.

We ask you to take a look at our size chart before completing your order to avoid any disappointment. It's best to compare the measurements with your favorite shirt/sweater from your closet so you can start your new favorite piece right away. You can find the size chart here.

If you would like to create an OS account, simply follow the instructions after clicking the "Account" button. As a registered customer, after entering your details once, you can simply log in with your personal password for each new order and place orders with ease.

In the “Account” section, you can adjust your personal data under “Personal Settings”.

If you would like to delete your account with us, simply send us an email to s.os@oldskulleurope.com and we will take care of everything else.
