Have you ordered from us, but would like to exchange or return something? No problem!
We make returns easier
By clicking on the button here or in your shipping confirmation, you can access our returns portal, where you can process your return and exchange online using your order number and email address .
Our return policy
You can return unworn items to us within 30 days. Once we receive your return, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt. After inspecting the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded according to your chosen payment method. Processing and refunding may take up to 7 days. For further information, see our cancellation policy . Please note that you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
Would you like to exchange an item? Please go to our returns portal by clicking the button above. There, you'll immediately see whether the item is available in a different size or color. If you'd like to exchange for a different product, you can do so using a voucher code. We'll then contact you and explain the next steps. For exchanges, we'll even cover return shipping within Germany and many parts of the EU, and you'll immediately receive a DHL return label from us.
Is an item damaged or the wrong item delivered? Please report the defect or the incorrectly delivered item via the returns portal and upload a picture of the defect. We will review the case based on the image and then contact you regarding the next steps in this very rare case. If you would like an exchange, you can select that option directly.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR RETURNS FROM UK/CH OR OTHER NON-EU COUNTRIES
We are not obligated to process returns from countries outside the EU. However, we care about your order and want you to be completely satisfied. Therefore, you still have the option to return your items to us at your own expense.
Please ensure that the "Return of Goods" notice is indicated on the parcel label and that all required customs documents are attached to the outside of the parcel. A copy of the invoice and a detailed list of the contents of the parcel are essential. Your local parcel service provider should be able to provide you with detailed advice in this case. If this additional information is missing, the parcel will be returned to you, as customs cannot process the shipment.
Please excuse this effort, but unfortunately this is not in our hands and we have to meet these requirements.
What you cannot return
Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition and are returned to us in their original packaging, including the tags. Of course, it's okay to try on an item just like you would in a store, but please do not wear any items you wish to return. Our gift cards are, of course, non-returnable.
Return labels
As a small player in the fashion market, we unfortunately cannot provide you with a free return label for returns (except for exchanges, see above). We would have to raise our prices to offset this. However, you may be able to purchase a shipping label directly from us at a discounted rate in our returns portal. The price displayed is our price passed on to you 1:1; we don't earn a cent from this. Simply follow the steps in the returns portal; the cost of the label will then be deducted from your refund.
Care instructions
To ensure you enjoy your Oldskull item for as long as possible, please follow these washing and care instructions. Due to possible print residue, we recommend washing the product before first use.
Washing tips
- Turn inside out before each wash
- Wash at maximum 30°C
- Do not use fabric softeners or heavy-duty detergents
- Do not dry clean or bleach
Important note: Vibrantly colored fabrics (especially reds) may bleed during the first wash. Therefore, we recommend washing them separately or with similar colors during the first wash.
Care tips
- Turn inside out before ironing
- Printed motifs must not touch/lie on top of each other when ironing
- Do not iron over the printed area
- Do not pull, tug, scratch or tear the print
- Do not dry with hot water (avoid tumble drying)
