Returns & Exchanges
Would you like to exchange or return something?
If you'd like to return something, that's no problem. Please simply follow the instructions on our returns page here .
Free returns?
As a small manufacturer, we unfortunately cannot provide you with a free return label for returns. However, you may be able to purchase one directly from us at a discounted rate through our returns portal. Simply follow the steps in the returns portal, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
If you paid with PayPal and have an active PayPal account, you may be able to get your return costs refunded directly from PayPal. For more information, please visit the PayPal website at this link .
