Which items does my permanent discount apply to at Hero, Icon, or Legend level?
Your exclusive loyalty discount applies to all regular-priced items. Gift cards, discounted products, or other promotions are excluded and can’t be combined.
How do I join the Loyalty Club?
How do I join the Loyalty Club? Easy — just create a customer account and you’re in. If you already have one, congrats — you’re already part of the crew!
How do I earn points?
You’ll earn 10 points for every €1 you spend. You can also stack extra points by subscribing to our newsletter or taking part in special promos.
How long do I stay in a VIP level?
Your status as an OS Member stays active until you level up.From OS Hero onward, your VIP status is valid for the year you reach it and the full following year. If you don’t collect enough points during that time, you’ll drop one level the next calendar year.
Where can I see my points balance?
You can view your points in the Loyalty Dashboard and in your customer account.

Important: You need to be subscribed to our newsletter to receive your codes. If you haven’t received anything, check your spam folder and make sure our emails aren’t being blocked.

When will my points be credited?
Your points will be credited immediately after payment. Please note: if you return an item and receive a refund, the corresponding points will be deducted from your balance.
What happens if I return or cancel an order?
Points from returned or canceled orders will be deducted accordingly — even retroactively.
How long are my codes valid?
All codes are valid for 6 months from the date the email is sent.
Can I get points for past guest orders?
Yes! If you create an account using the same email address you used for your guest orders, we’ll credit you points for purchases made up to 1 year ago. If something doesn’t work as expected, just reach out to our support team — we’ve got your back.
Where can I enter my birthday?
You’ll find the option to add your birthday in your Loyalty Dashboard — so you don’t miss out on your birthday reward.
