Note in case of (partial) revocation

If you are entitled to a right of cancellation with regard to your order and should you exercise this right after submitting your contractual declaration in whole or in part with regard to your order, with the result that the minimum order quantity specified by us is subsequently not met, we reserve the right to reclaim any gift already given to you or an immediate discount on individual items or to offset these against your refund. In this case, you must return the gift together with the returned goods to us to the address listed in our cancellation policy. With regard to the costs of return, the provisions in our cancellation policy also apply. If you are unable to return the gift or can only return it in a deteriorated condition, we reserve the right to assert claims for value or compensation for damages.
